We got an e-mail from listener Hans Suter, a Swiss living in Milan, telling us that Open Source was crashing his iPod. After some digging (on his part and ours), it turned out that the problem came from Apple, not us. As Hans wrote:
It’s an ipod bug, there is now a big discussion on the support site, sorry for bothering you.
There is a workaround, might interest other listeners of radio opensource, run the podcast for at least 30 seconds in iTunes, and then sync.
