I really welcome this opportunity to go through Emerson and get other’s thought. It’s not easy reading though… the language, the references, his mind. I find I have to sink into it. The value for me in doing this is that I would be inclined to put off reading this until some ideal time that never arrives. And yet it is so rewarding. On the Self-Reliance thread there is a juicy opportunity to discuss conformity, non-conformity, and pseudo-non-conformity in today’s world. Maybe we need a psychologist or a social scientist.–I got carried away, I did say I have to go.

The current schedule has to be changed if we are going to make this work for all of us assuming there is interest still. Weigh in please.
Self-Reliance, July 20 will be up at least another week.
