If you believe Dennis Quaid’s movie “The Big Easy??? has the look and sound of the real New Orleans, then you have never been to Da’ Parish. If Quaid ever talked with that accent in a police district station, they would have him arrested as one of the myriad crazies who hangs out or reads tarot cards in Jackson Square.
