Hi there,

I run a British netlabel called Toucan Music at http://www.toucanmusic.co.uk which releases free Creative Commons trance, house, chillout and electronica music, much of it instrumental. We'd be delighted for you to feature any of our tracks on Radio Open Source.

You can view and download our current releases at:
http://www.toucanmusic.co.uk/releases/current.php

Some of our downtempo tracks may be most useful?
e.g. "Coral Reef" http://soundcloud.com/toucanmusic/coral-reef
or "Plasma" http://soundcloud.com/toucanmusic/plasma-redmanns-chillout-mix

Best wishes,
John

My music is decent instrumental tracks that usually combine guitar, percussions, and ethereal effects. Use them as much as you need. They are all listed on the right bottom side.

If they don't download into MP3 format, email me and I will send to you pronto!

Have you guys looked into Magnatune?

https://magnatune.com/

Magnatune is basically a public interest record label. Their entire catalogue is available on a noncommercial-attribute-sharealike Creative Commons license, all downloadable. I'm planning to use a lot of their stuff for my podcasts and video blogs, particularly when I'm working overseas, because of their great collection of world music. I was actually supposed to go to Turkey this week but it got cancelled; I may have to find another reason to go just so I can use their killer Turkish music. :-)
