Since I fell bassackwards into writing books through blogging (and a few other activites that shall remain between my confessor and me), I get asked a lot by fellow authors what’s out there for them on the Big Bad Internet. Usually they’re a few months from publication and have an idea that they should have some sort of online presence but they don’t exactly know where to begin. A website? Sure, but what kind? Should it be more than a me-and-my-book affair? Should they include pictures of their desk? Their thumbs? And within the last year, I get asked a minimum of twice a week, “Should I be blogging?”
