Sutter -- I really don't know, but I'll pay attention and when I understand, I'll tell you. Whatever I observed, it was nice.

Gotcha. I suspected there was something too clever for me to grasp going on. (Forgive me -- I wound up having to drive from Boston to DC last night, after weather complicated the plane travel.)

Greta -- flesh indeed. Crash diet starts today! (Also, was the David/Danielle photo flipped, or am I losing my mind?)
Lumiere -- afraid I may be missing a joke here, but no, I do not.
Potter -- I kind of hoped I looked more like a young Robert Redford, but it turned out I looked more like the actual 1974 Bob Woodward.
Kate -- No offense taken. Would love to hear more about what made you think so, though. How do we "read" disembodied Internet "voices"?

All this time, I thought Sutter was a woman. I know, for a lot of guys, that is an insult, but for me, it's always a compliment.

Note- David's in defensive position at this story meeting.

Yo Sutter! Kinda like I thought you looked. ( How's that for banter?)

Lumiere, I understand where you are coming from. Whenever I select comments from the thread to give to Greta -- or Chris -- I find that my only criteron is that they are written from personal experience. I never pay attention to where that person is from, or if the sentences are pithy. You can be writing from Keflavik International Airport on your BlackBerry or chiming in from your grandmother's recreation room in Omaha, NE., and it wouldn't make a difference.

Here on Pitcairn Islands island , it strikes me that the weather is balmy.

My grandfather was a mutineer from the HMS Bounty and my grandmother a Tahitian who accompanied him here.

By any chance does sutter stutter?.
